– Heated air is circulated by a bidirectional fan which changes turning direction every 60 second to ensure the most even banking result.
– 30 programs, each processed by 5 steps, temperature, time and steams can be changed for each step.
– Water is dispensed in the center of the rotating fan to ensure the steam to be evenly conveyed into the banking chamber to get the best result.
– The electronic magnetic door lock will open automatically after the banking time to the products being over-baked.
